We ordered many times in this place. But there were several times that the quality of the rolls left much to be desired, to put it mildly! Once, in a set of rolls that we ordered, the tuna pieces were of different sizes (like some kind of cores) small, and there were bones in some rolls. The rolls could vary significantly in size. We ordered a set from the latter on 02/23/26, which included Philadelphia rolls. At home, when opening a box of rolls, they found red fish of terrible quality. How can this be sold at all? Don't the chefs really monitor the quality of the products they cook from?

we ordered this particular set for the sake of mussels. And oh, yes, they WEREN't there (they should be on top of the hat, as you might not notice). it turns out that the rolls are just with cabbage))) we heard on the phone "how can this be, this can't happen, this has never happened", and after that a promising "we will contact you tomorrow". after reading the reviews here, everything became clear.… So much for cream discounts to promote this fun establishment. We also waited more than 2.5 hours for the order. 2 stars for tempura

We ordered a set at 18:47. The set arrived at 22:30. Not only did they set the delivery time to 3 hours, but they were 40 minutes late. Terrible service. I understand everything, it's a heavy load and so on, but you could at least indicate a heavy load, or close the order acceptance altogether if you realize that you can't cope. Seth arrived icy cold. Two positions in the set should be hot (baked and tempura). Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day.
