The order was placed in advance with a delivery interval of 21:10-21:40, however, it was actually delivered only at 22:20. The message that the order was on the way arrived only at 21:58, which also indicates a delay on the side of the institution. The courier has nothing to do with it — obviously, the problem is in the organization of the sushi bar and non-compliance with the stated deadlines. I consider such delays unacceptable without prior notification to the client.
