My wife and I came back to New Athos for one day, just to wander, take a walk, enjoy the beauty, and breathe the fresh air... lying on the beach, we really like it here. We had a rest here in the 23rd year at the Rodina Hotel. So, in order not to go back to Gagra, we decided to spend the night, and booked a room at the Nikopol hotel. We really liked everything. The hotel looks modern, not a bad finish inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. We checked into a room on the ground floor with access to the courtyard. The room is clean and cozy, there are no foreign smells, there are Underfloor heating, air conditioning, the TV was not working and there was no time to look. Beggar cats live in the yard :) In general, not a bad option.

A good hotel, conveniently located, close to everything: the beach, Iverskaya Gora, and the monastery. Psyrtskha railway station is just around the corner. From there you can walk along a very picturesque path to the cell of Simon the Canaanite. The room in the hotel is spacious, the shower worked perfectly, everything was clean. There is a kettle, air conditioning. The mattresses and pillows are in good condition, the bed linen is not very good, but it was immediately replaced upon request. Very attentive, courteous staff, thank you! One of the disadvantages: the door to the balcony did not close, it was not very good for the first floor. There is absolutely no food in the dining room, I do not recommend eating there.

We were lucky, as we arrived late in the evening, but we found three rooms available at this hotel. Cozy comfortable beds, the rooms themselves are quite large in size. There is a courtyard with a covered dining terrace. In the morning we were offered breakfast, two dishes to choose from, only the kitchen staff are a bit nervous.
