The hotel is good, but the renovation is a little tired, breakfast without a hot omelet is only scramble ready, there is an eternal crowd of incomprehensible people in the lobby and a queue at the Reception! The area is very close to the north station, but the road to it is trash - a red light district and a bunch of lumpens. We will not stop there a second time!

The rooms are cold in winter, the heater does not help. To get hot water, you need to drain it for 5 minutes. In general, the rooms are comfortable, pleasant and spacious. The area is not the most cozy, not far from the street of "red lanterns", and therefore the public is appropriate ;) but close to the Nord train station and the botanical garden.

The furniture is worn out. There are better options in this hotel chain. It would not hurt to make repairs. The breakfasts are excellent! Delicious, there is a large selection of products, you can cook waffles with any filling yourself. The cleaning is normal. There are no slippers, bathrobes, toothpastes and brushes.
