Mikhail Son exaggerated everything, to put it mildly..I would even say more sharply ... the building does not have 45 floors, but no more than 25, there are no 50 rooms on the floor. something like 10 ..I've never seen such queues for an elevator..I live here all the time.Sound insulation is average..but it doesn't bother me at all, even at night.The location is great.common areas are cleaned on time.It's always clean.there is no comparison with the usual entrances to Batumi .So don't la la la. Don't listen to the experts of the 6th level city, go to another level.

My stay at the Next Orange Hotel 4* in Batumi was very frustrating. We booked through Ozon. We were looking for a hotel with parking, because we travel by car and we know that it is very difficult to park a car near the embankment in the evening. We were looking for a large room, we chose a triple large room. As a result, the reception said that there was NO parking in them, although there was a slag heap and an empty space and the cars were dissected. The hotel management provided incorrect information to the booking service. Then there's another problem, they gave me a small studio number that doesn't match the pictures from the website. If a small sofa is spread out, then there is no passage to the bathroom and the refrigerator opens. I had to rearrange all the furniture myself at one o'clock in the morning. There was also no bed linen for the 4th place. The reception didn't want to do anything at all and told all requests that it couldn't help in any way and the room wouldn't be changed due to the fact that there were no rooms, although the keys were visible on the counter. I do NOT recommend this hotel. The bed linen is all old, in a mess.
