Apartments, a hotel in which not only permanent residents live, some of the apartments are rented out. The building is pleasant externally and internally, especially the lobby and reception area. The apartments are one and two-room. There is a very good layout, there is so-so. The studios are cozy. The street is noisy, there are cars everywhere, construction. The backyard is cozy, but it is also filled with guests' cars. Also, it is impossible to relax on the patio area, because there is a smell from a flowing stream. Unfortunately, this water flows further into the sea. If you rent, the apartments have everything for a normal stay, guests are given bathrobes, slippers, cheap soap and shampoo. To clean and change - you need to contact the reception. One of the disadvantages is a flimsy mattress in the bedroom, there are not enough dishes in the kitchen. The overall impression is that the hotel is decent, but the service, as a 4-star hotel, does not pull.

Excellent, modern apartments with everything you need. A cool balcony, with a good view, but not below the 6th floor. Infrastructure is developing around us. The beach across the road is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is not very convenient, but I think they will finish it. The sea is cleaner than in Batumi, but not perfect. There is a private parking and a small swimming pool. The price for the apartment bites.

There is no room cleaning at the hotel. During the week, no one cleaned our place or our friends'. The door to the room opens with difficulty, there are no cards, they give you keys and it's difficult to open the door with these keys. The receptionist is a woman, I don't remember her name, but she's not particularly friendly (it feels like: well, the next ones are here)
