We cannot say anything bad about the visual aspect of the hotel, but the management and staff are just awful people. Due to a serious illness, we were unable to check into the hotel, canceled our reservation, and the hotel retained the full amount paid for the room. We provided all supporting documents (medical certificate + flight cancellation), wrote to customer support, and directly to the hotel. The hotel simply ignored our messages, and through the booking service, they just sent a refusal for a refund. Therefore, when booking this hotel, be prepared that if something happens to you, the hotel will not care at all about the seriousness of the circumstances you are facing, and you will just lose a significant amount of money. I will be writing negative reviews on all services and in all comments for a long time so that people think ten times before booking rooms in this nightmare hotel! Про визуальную часть отеля, ничего плохого сказать не можем, но руководство отеля и персонал просто отвратительные люди. В связи с серьезным заболеванием, не смогли заселится в отель, отменили бронь, и отель удержал полную стоимость оплаченную за номер. Предоставив все подтверждающие документы (справка+отмена авиабилета), написав в поддержку, и напрямую в отель. Сам отель просто игнорировал сообщения, а через сервис бронирования просто отправили отказ в возврате. Поэтому при бронировании данного отеля, будьте готовы, что если вдруг с вами что-то случится, отелю будет совершенно все равно на серьезность обстоятельств с которыми вы столкнулись, вы просто потеряете не маленькие деньги. Буду долго писать на всех сервисах и во всех комментариях плохие отзывы, чтобы люди 10 раз подумали, прежде чем бронировать номера в этом кошмарном отеле!!!

I really liked the hotel. New, modern, beautiful design inside and out. The room is small but comfortable: a nice bed with an excellent mattress, a small table, a refrigerator, and a closet. The bathroom has everything you need, a spacious bathroom, a shower room, everything is working. Towels were changed every day, tea, coffee, and water were replenished. Breakfasts are beyond praise: hot dishes, salads, cheeses, sausage, olives, tahini, baked goods, local yogurt, a large selection of bread, desserts, fruits. Traditional Turkish tea, brewed coffee. The hotel staff was wonderful, attentive to all requests and wishes. I would especially like to mention the employee, Mahmoud, who helped, talked, and answered all questions. Thank him very much. We will certainly recommend the hotel.

Near the metro (1-3 stops and here are some cool big shopping malls 15 minutes away from the hotel) and Nisantasi. There are many shops and establishments nearby. The breakfasts are bombastic. We lived on the 7th floor, and the view of the city was beautiful, especially the sunset. The rooms have everything, only a bathrobe was missing. There was also a Spa, but there was no time to go to the baths. The only thing was that the bed linen had a very strong fragrance and the mattress was very soft, with my hypersensitivity I felt seasick as if on the first day of arrival. But there is no point in shooting a star for this, because you were unlucky with the vestibular in life)
