I want to leave a sincere review to this store! I ordered a circular saw online and chose to pick it up here, because the store is located right next to the subway — it was as convenient as possible for me along the way. Thought: "I'll drop by, pick it up quickly, and move on." But everything went so pleasantly that I decided to definitely write a few words. First of all, the location is just a fairy tale! The metro nearby is generally priceless. And if you consider that I'm greeted by stairs every time I leave the subway, then we can assume that I've already received my portion of cardio for the day, so you don't even have to go to the gym — the load is guaranteed. And after such a "lift" you enter the store and find yourself in an atmosphere of complete comfort. But the main thing that really surprised me was the staff. A guy named Yakov greeted me with such a warm and sincere smile, as if I had come to visit, and not just for a tool. I really appreciate it when helpful and friendly people work in a tech store. In an age when everyone is used to soulless online communication, there is a real concern for the customer. I did not expect that a simple trip to get a saw ordered online would leave such a pleasant impression. Now I'll know where to go, even if I'm just passing by. I recommend it to everyone — excellent service and good atmosphere! 5 stars — definitely! Thanks to Yakov and the whole team for their cool approach! 🛠️😊

I ordered a Hyundai TV for my mom's birthday. We accepted the order promptly, the box is without dents or damage. The employee suggested checking the contents with him, making sure that the kit was in place and the screen was intact. They work clearly and kindly. I'm happy with the TV.
