The furniture may be tired, but everything is clean, the bed linen and towel are in excellent condition, everything is minimal for convenience, I would put 5, but the neighbors are very audible, I just pray future guests do not forget about other people in the hotel. Walking up the stairs, please do not YELL, just a minute is possible. Keep quiet while you go down/up,especially for Russian speakers. Screams are provided at any time of the day, but here the question is mostly not to the hotel, but to the people - the sound insulation is poor, but this is typical for such houses, but it is difficult to influence the guests, although there is a rule of silence from 23 to 7

+ convenient location, large room, friendly staff - the extractor hood in the bathroom is working loudly, there is no breakfast. No cleaning in the room for 2-3 days is normal, but I would like the garbage to be taken out at least once in 2 days. Overall, I liked everything.
