Russian Russian is spoken at the reception by an administrator who defiantly pretends that she does not speak Russian, although she calmly communicates in Russian with other people. This behavior looks strange and frankly unprofessional. We were allocated only one ski storage box for six people, which is absolutely inconvenient and clearly does not correspond to the number of guests. There is no clothes dryer in the apartment. This is a serious disadvantage for skiing, as there is simply no place to dry things properly after skiing. Overall, the service and organization leave much to be desired.
