Who would have thought that we would fly this ak, but the situation in the Middle East forced us to change our plans. There is no online registration, there is no choice of place, and indeed it is not needed: the rows are close to each other, there is no opportunity to recline. It was very dirty, and the toilet reminded me of a reserved seat. The chairs are all dirty too. We flew back, so at least we put a one-size-fits-all on the headrests, and then not everywhere, since there are no Velcro fasteners. The wear on the chairs is enormous, there is no foam rubber in the armchair. It seems that the plane was flying in Pakistan and now it has been sent to us.

We flew with this airline to Egypt. The plane is not old, but it is not new either. Check-in was quick, there were no problems with luggage, and they don't ask you to put your hand luggage in the colibrator. The staff did not speak Russian. Water is given 1 bottle per person after climbing. Other food (sandwiches, coffee, snacks, etc.) for an additional cash payment, the price starts from 2 euros. There were no long delays either there or back. The flight was rescheduled, but this is standard practice on charter flights. One toilet ran out of hand-washing water on the way there. There was no such problem back, and in general, the plane back was newer. In general, everything was standard for a budget flight.

Hello, we flew from Nurgada to Vnukovo on April 19 with this company. The flight was approximately 5.5 hours. About three hours after takeoff, I decided to go to the toilet, unfortunately, I didn't get there, I felt sick, I lost consciousness right next to him. So that's what I mean, I would like to express my special gratitude to the steward for his immediate assistance. He brought me to my senses, gave me medicine, put me in a chair, and for the rest of the flight he kept asking me how I was feeling. Since I didn't feel very well after landing, I didn't even ask his name, and when we got off the plane, he was no longer there. But I hope he suddenly gets my message, Thank you so much for your help! 🙏🙏🙏 I bow low to you!!!
