We visited the Neptune bar and were shocked by the level of service. We ordered beer set No. 3 — and it was a disaster. Colmar turned out to be raw, to the question "why not ready?" The bartender just shrugged his shoulders. They asked for it to be redone, and after 10 minutes they returned the dish, not redone, but overcooked, exactly the pieces that were already in the set, but it was impossible to eat it: the meat had become rubbery and tough, as if we were chewing on a wooden stand. Speaking of stands, they're all covered in dried ketchup, dirty, sticky. And bowls for sauces with chips, you can cut your hands for such glass. A complete failure, not another foot!

I don't know how it is in the evening, but it's quiet in the afternoon and on the banks of the Dnieper! Very tasty draniki in pots!!! They're just the most delicious we've ever tasted! French fries and milkshakes for the kids came too!
