A great place for a family vacation. There are pools for both adults and the youngest. The water slides are just great. Various types of baths, with dry and wet steam. There is a place to have a snack. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is always polite and attentive. There is a large parking lot.

It's a very cool place, and there's always a great atmosphere for training. We are pleased with the modern equipment and cleanliness in all areas, from the halls to the locker rooms. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates comfort and quality service!

My family and I visited the water park. There were 4 slides in total, of which 2 were closed. On the first descent, I cut my finger (I didn't fully understand how it happened). The water was cloudy, and there were traces of rust in the slides. When visiting the Jacuzzi, there was a strong smell of bleach. I last visited Neptune 7 years ago, but I can swear that nothing new has been added there. They paid almost 30,000 tenge for 4 people. I don't recommend it.
