I ordered an office chair for my home. I immediately explained to the seller that the delivery should be made to the fifth floor. The seller called the price 650,000, and with delivery — 750,000, and I agreed. However, the deliveryman behaved rudely — he demanded that I go down myself and lift the chair to the fifth floor. I think this is unprofessional: the delivery service has been paid for, and the relationship to the customer is zero. I do not recommend this seller — he does not know how to work with clients and does not fulfill agreements.
