The NAZ Dance Theater is located in the Koktal-1 Housing Estate, a former Kirov state farm. Earlier in Soviet times it was a State farm House of Culture. Various events were held there. Amateur art shows, New Year's Eve masquerade balls, discos, movie screenings, elections. There were many clubs for both children and adults. It was very cool. Now there is a dance theater "NAZ". There are also theater concerts, reporting meetings of the akim of the city and the district with the population. But, alas, the circles are no longer there.
