The hotel is located in the suburbs of Tbilisi, it is recommended only for guests with their own car. The rooms were comfortable, the linen was clean, but in one room the bed linen was slightly wrinkled after drying. The breakfasts are small, delicious, and the territory is vast, but so far without landscaping. A young vineyard can be reached on the bridge nearby. There is a swimming pool on site, but without heated water. The hotel is new, and everything will improve over time. The host is competent and easy to contact, his spouse is also involved in taking care of the guests. Ps: In the landscaping plan for the main site, you need to add the planting of junipers "King of Spring", "Mint Julep" and thuja "Nana" - these are drought-resistant plants. You should also remove all dried plants from the flower pots on the balconies to maintain a neat appearance. In general, I recommend it!
