The territory is very well maintained and surrounded by greenery, the buildings are in good condition. I can't say much about the rooms because we were in the suite and it's very nice.cleaning is daily and conscientious.the view from it was great on the sea.There is a tea set in the room and furniture for gatherings on the terrace. The staff is helpful and friendly, at least we didn't get rude. There is parking on the territory. The beach can be said to be under the windows and is also clean.there are sun beds. There is a heated outdoor pool, the water in it was the purest. There is a SPA center, it also has a swimming pool with clean water and it doesn't smell like bleach.sauna and spa treatments in general A good SPA the only thing that spoils the impression a bit is the hammam, there is not a pleasant smell and the temperature was very low. The reception bar, where wine and beer are served for free. The beer is local and not even bad.You can purchase other drinks for a fee. And of course, the food, I can say about him that they feed him for slaughter.everything is delicious, varied and clean.. In short, I recommend this hotel to everyone, and I say thank you to the management and staff of the hotel for your vacation and wish you only prosperity.

This is a great hotel! We had a family vacation in March 2026 and were very satisfied. The food is buffet style, the choice is huge, there are different hot dishes every day, everything is delicious. I recommend trying the pickles. Intermediate food - sweets, cotton wool, ice cream, pizza, sausage in dough. The local alcohol in the lobby is very decent (beer, wine, chacha) and for a fee you can choose anything from the assortment. The indoor pool is very warm (+30) and large. Sauna, hammam, photo tea and oxygen cocktails are all included in the price. The outdoor pool (+25) is also great with a great view. The territory is quite large and very beautiful. It is clear that every bush, every palm tree is looked after with love.The room is cleaned daily, water supplies are replenished, and so is the tea corner. The only disadvantages are very thin partitions, audibility and constantly howling pipes (1 building)

They are polite and attentive. We stayed for 9 days with an all-inclusive coupon. Not everyone even had time to use it, because the volume of services offered is large. I really liked everything: the beach is nearby; the food is delicious, varied on the buffet, three meals a day; they also offer snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner, wines, beer, ice cream and much more. The park is gorgeous with various exotic trees and other vegetation, well maintained. Bed linen and towels are changed in the room every other day. Cleaning every day, bottled water. Terry dressing gowns, disposable slippers, toothbrushes and other personal hygiene products are provided for accommodation. Outdoor and indoor pools, Finnish sauna, hammam. Gym. Spa care at the beauty salon for a fee.Animators work, there is a Playground, tennis. Various cultural activities are offered in the evening. There is a kiosk on site offering guided tours of Abkhazia. If we have the opportunity, we'll come back to rest!
