Best pizza in Kazakhstan so far among the ones I tried. And I tried a lot! The only one that you can see high protein wheat flour fermented for over 48hr. Rich flavour at bread plus high consistence of double enriched proteins!

Hello. I want to leave a detailed and honest review, because in general we really liked the place, and I want you to become even better. The overall impression of the kitchen is positive: cozy atmosphere, pleasant atmosphere, varied and thoughtful menu, everything looks delicious. The pizza was really delicious — the dough, the filling, the serving, everything fresh and neat. It feels like efforts have been put into the quality, and the institution has good potential. However, there are moments that have affected the overall impression. As for the service. The cashier greeted us at the entrance, which was a pleasure. But unfortunately, the feeling of staff involvement is almost over. The rest of the staff did not take the initiative: there were no menu suggestions, recommendations, or basic interest. We started recommending pizza only after we ourselves asked what position you could recommend. In general, the team did not seem very sociable and unsmiling. The communication was dry and formal. When we came in in the morning, some of the staff were in the kitchen and just stood looking at their phones, not reacting to the guests. This creates a feeling of indifference and lack of customer orientation. We also noticed the area where the dishes are on the grill near the oven — it looked carelessly organized, which visually adds to the feeling of carelessness. Separately, I would like to mention the sanitary aspects in the kitchen. We were watching the pizza making process and noticed that waiters without hats were passing through the kitchen area. The work area where food is prepared still requires stricter hygiene. The cook who was rolling out the dough was working without a headdress — the hair was not fixed and was right above the pizza during cooking. It looked unhygienic. In addition, he had a plastic watch on his hand, which came into contact with the dough during rolling, crushed it and touched the surface. In my opinion, any accessories on your hands while cooking are unacceptable. We also saw how an employee (cleaner), after contact with a dirty rag, leaned on the work table and touched her face with her hands. The surface where the flour lies and the dough is being prepared should remain as clean as possible. And the cashier who was cutting pizza with long hair, hanging her head down, her hair hanging over the pizza while she was cutting it. This is not allowed by sanitary regulations. It was unpleasant to watch this picture. Hair should be cleaned even if you are just collecting orders, and if hair falls into the order? Neither the waiter, nor the cook, nor the cashier will notice this, only the customer. And this is an institution. Only the cleaning lady was wearing a hat. And so it should be for everyone who is in the kitchen area, And the cashier who collects the order. And cuts the pizza. I would like to emphasize that the review is not written for the sake of criticism, but with the hope of improvement. The place is cozy, the pizza is delicious, but the service and compliance with sanitary standards directly affect the trust of the guests. I really want you to pay attention to these points — then the impression will be completely positive, and the desire to return will become even stronger.
