I love such authentic establishments and they always have a delicious homemade taste, but not this time. I ordered a shish kebab to take away, the pork meat shish kebab was of poor quality, it was cooked in a frying pan, I haven't eaten this for a long time. The waiters are friendly, the prices are average.

05/22/2026, Visited the cafe "On the coals" and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I came for lunch at 13:10, paid for the order at 13:20. I was informed that the wait would be about 15 minutes. At the same time, there were no other visitors in the establishment. At 1:50 p.m., I went to check the order status, and they told me that the barbecue was "almost ready." Since there were about 10 minutes left before the end of my lunch time, I asked to cancel the order — in fact, I had already waited about 30 minutes over the promised time. There were also difficulties with the refund: They said they didn't have any cash and offered to come in for the money later, after work. As a result, the money was transferred to Kaspi only after my refusal to wait any longer. The attitude surprised me the most — there was no apology for the situation, or even the usual human farewell. I think that cooking shish kebab for more than 30 minutes at lunchtime, in the complete absence of customers in the establishment, is an unprofessional approach. I also visited this cafe about a month ago. Then the barbecue was served with a smell that made me doubt the freshness of the meat. In addition, the meat was very heavily sprinkled with spices and even when served, it was additionally watered with vinegar, which left an unpleasant impression. Somehow it was done to detect foreign odors. I personally concluded that I don't plan to visit this institution anymore.
