What a joke. I booked a table for my wife’s birthday at 8 PM, a week in advance, and even received an email confirmation. When we arrived, a man inside (definitely not the friendliest one) told us there was no reservation and that they were not taking any more guests — while the sign on the door clearly said they’re open until 10 PM. When I mentioned that I would leave a review, he just shrugged — clearly, he couldn’t care less. I hope future customers won’t be as indifferent as the restaurant’s management seems to be. Maybe they’re saving their Michelin star for politeness next year

Hello. Went to this establishment today. Actually, they didn't let me in. I came to the Nikola Tesla Museum, which is located 200 meters from the institution, and I had half an hour before the guided tour, it was raining outside, I went into this institution and when I asked if I would eat, I answered that I only wanted coffee, I didn’t allowed with the words "we have a restaurant" to drink coffee go on. I was surprised and asked if the institution had such a rule, the waiter did not answer me. I assumed that I would probably write a review about the work of the restaurant and asked the name of the waiter - he introduced himself as Milos (he is about 45 years old), I gave my name and, out of courtesy, extended my hand. Milos, smiling, did not shake it. I stood for a second with outstretched hand, smiled back and left. I was normally dressed (classic shoes, jeans, knitted jacket, black down jacket) smelled good, sober. I find this service and behavior of Milos very strange. I've been here for a week - the Serbs seemed to me very hospitable and positive. Shutting out a guest is very strange. And in most cultures, not shaking an outstretched hand is an insult. There was no scandal, we talked politely for only 30 seconds. If the manager or owner wants to look at the cameras - I was at about 14.00-14.15 (01.20.2023)
