Since this is a business center, it should be considered primarily from the business side. The interior decoration of the premises is at a modern level, comfortable offices, premium office furniture from the administration of the business center itself, the presence of an air conditioning system, which is important in the summer. But the whole impression is spoiled by terrible elevators (2 pcs, one of them for 3 and the other for 9) with stops on almost every floor. In a 16-storey building with a large flow of people, it can take 30 minutes to get down and up.

Excellent business center, very clean and equipped offices, on the ground floor there is a small coffee island with a good assortment and takeaway lunches. The only problem is not with the elevators, but the landlords will have to replace them in the near future. In general, I recommend it.

Business center in the residential complex Nursaya. This is an anthill, there are only two elevators for 3 and 10 people, it takes a long time to wait during rush hours: in the morning, at lunch and in the evening. But you can climb stairs with steps of different heights, which is very inconvenient and you can fall out of habit. Ventilation is poor, there is nothing to breathe, there is not enough oxygen.
