Cape Sukhum is a place where you leave a piece of your soul and make real friends! We had a rest here with my wife from June 22 to July 6, 2026 in a cozy room No. 8 on the second floor. You know, there are places where you come just to sleep, and there are those where from the first second you feel like a long-awaited and beloved guest. This mini-hotel is just such a miracle. The location is just a fairy tale: just 50 steps from the gate, and you are standing on the shore of a clear sea. The beach here is wild, pebbly, and there are very few people — an ideal retreat for two. And what views open from our balcony! Every morning began with a breathtaking panorama of the sea, from which the heart freezes. The grounds and rooms are immaculately, somehow very homely. Everything is brand new, the interior breathes comfort, it's a pleasure to be there. The hosts have thought through absolutely everything to the smallest detail for our comfort: TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, wardrobe, double bed with bedside tables, table with two chairs. Separate shower room, hairdryer, heated towel rail, bathroom, boiler. Clean linen that is changed on time. Even Wi-Fi here flies without restrictions and confidently catches right at the edge of the sea. All conditions have been created for recreation. A wonderful playground, a relaxation area by the pool with sun loungers and a large umbrella. There is a summer shower. In the evenings, you can enjoy movies in the open-air cinema, swim in the pool, relax in the gazebo by the water or roast meat in the well-equipped barbecue area with a cauldron. The shared kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals if you want to do it on vacation. including a washing machine and ironing area. And for the "magic refrigerator" with soft drinks — special thanks, it's incredibly convenient! Logistics issues were also not troublesome: transfers and excursions were organized at a high level. There is a great cafe and canteen very close by. The city and the market can be easily and inexpensively reached by public transport (bus — only 15 rubles, minibus — 40 rubles) or by taxi: to the market literally 200-250 rubles, and to the very center — 350-400 rubles. But the most important treasure of this place is its owners, the amazing Kleimenov family. Sergey Vasilyevich and his wife Svetlana, Vitaly, Elena and their wonderful, charming baby Denis! These are people with huge, kind hearts. They surround you with such sincere care that you feel like a part of their large and friendly family. A low bow to Elena — she instantly responded to any request and helped us out so many times! And, of course, many thanks to Vitaly for the incredible flounder treat. By the way, the smoked fish that Sergey Vasilyevich cooks is a real gastronomic delight that everyone must try! Dear Kleimenovs, thank you for your tremendous hospitality, warmth and sincerity, which no amount of money can buy. We left with tears in our eyes. A wonderful hotel and wonderful hosts!!! The rooms are very clean, bright and quiet, excellent sound insulation. The bed linen is fresh, the towels are soft, there is everything you need, fast Wi-Fi and silence. The hosts are incredibly pleasant and helpful people who have created a truly family atmosphere. They were greeted like family, were extremely polite and helped in everything. They respond to any question instantly, but they are tactful and unobtrusive. If we find ourselves in these parts again, we will only settle here. Thank you for the wonderful reception!

Wonderful vacation in a wonderful place! Everything is done wisely and beautifully. The room has a wardrobe, a TV, an internet connection, and a refrigerator. There is a fumigator for mosquitoes. There is a kettle, stove, and microwave in the kitchen. There was ALWAYS water! Both cold and hot. Even when there was no one in the whole area. Clever Vitaly is currently reconstructing the pool. I think it will be a miracle! The territory is well maintained and well thought out. There are many nooks and crannies for sitting and having a cozy tea party. The veranda offers a direct view of the sea. The gate does not open onto the path to the beach, but DIRECTLY ONTO THE BEACH!!! Vitaly took us to the Rizza and the springs, and on the way he talked very interestingly about his city. Lena solved all our questions. We will definitely come back! Thanks for the rest!
