**Review of holiday stays** We are holding New Year's holidays from December 27, 2025 to January 3, 2026. We were very satisfied! Upon arrival, we were greeted late in the evening, accommodated and explained everything in detail. The next morning, the staff continued to provide the necessary support. **Living conditions:** * Cozy atmosphere * Comfortable rooms * Fresh renovation * Modern communications * No complaints I would especially like to note the **professionalism of the hosts**. They are constantly working to improve conditions, introduce new elements and maintain a high level of service. Their enthusiasm and commitment to development deserve respect. The prices turned out to be very profitable. We wish you continued prosperity and success!

We stayed at this hotel from 9.09.to 18.09.2025 Excellent location, the sea is 100m away- the purest water, compared to the central beach.The hotel is new, built with love and soul, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, The rooms have everything you need: a table with two armchairs, a hairdryer, toiletries, even toothbrushes, a change of linen without reminder and on time.But if you miss something, the helpful hosts will help you and will definitely provide it. The cleanliness is maintained perfectly. The territory is small, but with a terrace offering stunning sea views, especially at sunset.In the evenings, we had dinner there under the sound of the surf.…There is also a barbecue area, an outdoor shower (in the heat after the sea, just what you need). There is a fully equipped kitchen-dining room for cooking and storing food: 2 refrigerators, a gas stove with an oven, a kettle and a thermopod, a microwave, a washing machine, where you can wash if necessary for a nominal fee (a bag of powder). Another important point: there are drinks and delicious semi-finished products on sale.You will also be offered delicious smoked fish: mutton and trout.If you don't want to cook, there is a cafe and a canteen nearby where you can taste local and European dishes. The atmosphere in the hotel is family-friendly and warm. We didn't regret coming. If you are tired of the hustle and noise, come here!Yes, this is not the city center, but you can get there in 10 minutes by bus or minibus, transport runs frequently.We have only positive impressions. Hello! We stayed at the Cape Sukhumi Hotel from June 22 to July 6, 2025. We noticed this wonderful house when we came to the cape in 2024. and we were not disappointed! Wonderful friendly hosts, very caring and responsive on any issue, and the fish is simply awesome, you can immediately see that it was prepared by the owner with love for tourists! The car was parked in the courtyard behind a closed gate. Our room was on the second floor with a terrace overlooking the sea, a beautiful view of the dolphins, which pleased us both morning and evening. It's just fantastic! The room is clean, tidy, 1/3rd day cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels. Everything you need is there: TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning. There were no power or water outages. Two wi-fi points, it pulls from the beach without any problems. There is a large kitchen on site, which I really liked, because there may be a lot of guests, but there was enough space for everyone both in the cooking area and at the table. There is a refrigerator with cooling drinks, you can enjoy yourself at any time at market prices. The beach is literally within walking distance. According to the locals, this is the cleanest sea in Abkhazia. For us, this was the most important issue - a clean sea, so there were no health issues. The beach is clean, there are pebbles, there is a strip of sand, take your umbrella and a blanket. On the left is the lighthouse and a view of the Makhajirov embankment, on the right is a view of New Athos and beautiful sunsets. We love Abkhazia so much! We visited the lake on our own.The Ritz, the New Athos Cave and monastery, the cave of St.Simone Kananita, the Kyndyg hot spring, Chernihiv, the abandoned town of Tkuarchal and waterfalls, climbed the Anakopian fortress, conquered Mamzyshka and walked in the clouds! We got a lot of positive emotions! Thank you so much for your hospitality, for communication, for jokes, for treats! May God grant you all health and well-being! Good tourists for you!
