Good price , best location. It's basement but for who looking for good price and best location it's perfect. It's also clean.

We rented a place. Arabs work, they do not understand Russian, only in English, it is located in the basement, the room is not ventilated at all, when asked about ventilation, we were given a fan) a 2x2 m toilet and there is also a shower above the toilet. In the morning, both my wife and I started having allergies. We moved out immediately the next day, the money for the leftovers was not returned. I strongly advise against it
