Level 5 Local Expert

So much depends on the staff. When this store opened, it had wonderful consultants who were always helpful with selection and, most importantly, knowledgeable. Now, the entire staff consists of arrogant grocery store salespeople. They can't answer a single question about the product, and they're too lazy to even say hello to the customer. The last time I visited, they offered me a piano to look at while squatting because the stand was only 10 cm from the floor. They didn't even think to raise it so the customer could decide whether they liked it or not. The salesperson simply stood there with his hands in his pockets and watched me squatting and trying to get a feel for the instrument.

It's a good music store, it's big enough, the sellers speak English. A lot is available, but what is not available can be ordered. There is a whatsapp on the phone listed on the card, they respond quickly. There is a good selection of Dunlop picks, the most popular ones are available, 2 GEL price.
