Являюсь абонентом МТС более 25лет. Перестали работать входящие вызовы. На номер 0890 50 минут пытался дозвониться оператору. Бот сбрасывает звонок после 10 минут ожидания с фразой: «операторы все заняты перезвоните нам позже». Служба поддержки в мобильном приложении также не отвечает. Качество сервиса хуже не придумаешь. Наплевательское отношение к клиенту. 1 звезды в отзывах слишком много .
