Okay, I think, because PEOPLE are working! I had to take a ticket, let the person who was on the ticket follow me! And then a pensioner appeared in the queue, who also does not know that there is an electronic queue, he was also asked to follow the rules). And while I was solving the issue with one specialist, this elderly man bought a SIM card from another specialist, and he knowledgably told him about the currently favorable terms of the tariff plans. We have a better tariff for the elderly in our country, but they don't talk about it???!!! Everyone solved their questions!!! It was like talking to ROBOTS!!!! Step left and right and it crashes the system!!!

Indeed, one of the worst MTS branches in Minsk. I come 2 times in a row, wait for 35-40 minutes just to connect a SIM card (and both times I did not wait), and the consultants, instead of serving the queue, sit in their phones and "wait" for paperwork.
