I have a generally bad review at MTS and in particular at V. Khoruzhey too. To begin with, I have been serviced by this operator almost since the beginning of its appearance in Belarus. It's been different, but in recent years it's just been a nightmare! The connection is bad, the Internet is lagging, it's just not possible. And the prices for services are gigantic. But that's not what we're talking about right now. I have 2 rooms reserved, mine and the children's, I started paying a lot for the children's room, so my son started calling friends on life. I contacted the operator in the chat, and in the chat I was offered to switch to a different tariff. They offered UNLIMITED options, I basically agreed right away, I have this tariff, I pay 16 kopecks for mine. During the current month, my son never called or surfed the Internet, because they went abroad and did not use the phone. Upon arrival in Minsk, I immediately went to school and clubs, I can't get through, the subscriber is blocked. I go into the application -50 rubles. I check with support-this is a subscription fee + daily billing 🤬 It turns out that this tariff was calculated at 41.99 🤬 The chat is cleaned, there is no information, I write to the chat again, they offer me to come to the communication salon. I appeal to V. Khoruzhey, they do not want to pay for the air. They told me in plain text that you would have to pay anyway. As of the day of application, the debt has already amounted to 52.20. I wrote a complaint to MTS and asked them to look into the situation. The application will be considered for 14 days, all these 14 days will be a minus sign and the number will be in the block. Or pay the debt and switch to another tariff or to another company. I chose to transfer to another company. I asked the MTS manager how much I need to pay to transfer. I was told that the amount of debt + for the daily billing is about 1.5 rubles. I even paid a little more. I signed a contract elsewhere. They were supposed to arrive in a day. But I got a message that we can't switch to another operator, because I have a financial debt to MTS. All evening after work, I went to the nearest salons (many of them were closed) to solve the problem of 15 kopecks. It turns out they didn't tell me that they also charged me money for unblocking the room! And I'm still waiting for a day to switch to another operator! To say that I'm not happy is an understatement. I'm just shocked that such a company has been on the market for so many years, falls so low and does not value its customers, allows itself to take money for the air and do nothing to keep customers! And for MTS purposes, the first point is CUSTOMER CENTRICITY, which is not true!
