Review of the visit on 05.01.26. I've never been served like this before. It was necessary to pick up a new smartphone after the warranty period. It was postponed for a day. Everything seems to be normal, they came, everything is in place. And then the girl (apparently an intern) tried to arrange everything. For almost an hour, with dozens of phone calls, apparently with more experienced employees, she did not succeed. Allegedly, the QR code does not beat, just like at the checkout for a Penny. In short, after a 12-hour working day, another hour of stupidly spent time Advice to superiors: Don't leave the interns alone, or there is a picture instruction option.

Terrible service. 02/13/2025 I came in to find out the tariffs for the 3G shift. The visitor was alone and was served by a consultant, he stood at the counter for a couple of minutes - they didn't pay attention to me, then they told me to take the ticket with a dissatisfied look. I took it and stood with the ticket at the counter for another 5 minutes, when they realized that I wasn't leaving, they asked me what I needed. He replied that he was interested in tariffs, and reluctantly, with a dissatisfied look, they gave him a printout.

A disaster! There are 4 employees in the salon, only 1 is serving. But even the paper in the electronic ticket machine cannot be replaced. It's over and that's it... The waiting time is from 20 minutes. I admire the slowness, as if these people want to slow down the time of the universe.

Very long service! We stood in line for about an hour and a half, the girl served only 4 customers! And he's also distracted by non-working moments. There is no electronic way to disconnect the phone number, if they had known about such a service earlier, they would have gone to A1 to connect the phone number first!

Terrible service, 2 employees, olin sells headphones for an hour, the second one is engaged in social assistance, after all they close for a break, although there is no word about a break in the work schedule. I had to wait about an hour just to receive the order that I had placed in advance in the online store. In the modern world, when each client's time is valued, such indifference to the organization of the flow of visitors causes only indignation. The wait at MTS has become too long.

I didn't find any advantages. I have booked a smartphone for purchase. They said on the phone, wait for the SMS about readiness and then you can come. Come. A huge queue. The queue is electronic. There is only one of the two slots for employees on site. And that's all through this window. Who is on loan, who is on a guarantee case, who is glass for protection, who is connected. I waited 40 minutes, two people moved forward. "great" service, guys. I will not recommend it to anyone 👎👎👎👎 Without waiting, he left with nothing. MTS, you are losing customers. Think about it

The staff is very relaxed. They don't need clients. They work so slowly that they have specially organized an electronic queue. At the same time, one client is served for 5-10-20-30 minutes. You won't get through it quickly. Like the sloths from the cartoon.

At the same time, the price for the day returned and became 200 rubles more. Disgusting impressions. It was no longer possible to buy a sealed one in another office. The disappointment in the store and specifically in the office is complete. I'm already silent about the queue, in which I had to stand for about 20 minutes. Going back 20 years in time, honestly. I rarely write reviews, but it's hard to hold back here. The level of service and communication with customers is disgusting
