It's not a bad place. The interior is nice. The staff is competent. But! — There are few employees. It's really a lot to wait 20-30 minutes, and there are literally a couple of people in the queue. — The police department has set up a slaughterhouse! In the sense that the stench from the air freshener makes the eyes water. He even went to another corner, near the window. Really, it's too much! — Not exactly about this branch — but there are very few branches in the city — how many retail ones, 15-20 pieces? To apply for a card, you need to travel somewhere far away. The city center, north and west are almost without branches (they were closed on Bogdanovich Street, Pobeda Avenue, CBU-5, etc. Bangalore Square is empty). And the number of employees, except, perhaps, 79, and even that... a couple of people from five jobs?

I would like to share my experience of interacting with the bank. In the period from June 11 to June 17, the bank experienced technical problems, due to which the commission for cash withdrawals at other ATMs was not displayed and was not debited in a timely manner. Usually, it is the fact that the commission is written off that signals to me that further withdrawals will incur additional costs. If the system had been working correctly, I would have seen these transactions and stopped using other banks' ATMs. Instead, a few days later, the bank simply notified via text message that the commission for cash withdrawals from other banks would be charged in the next few days, apologized and expressed hope for understanding. A legitimate question arises: why do the consequences of this situation fall only on me, i.e. the client? I believe that in situations like this, responsibility should be shared between both sides. The client is indeed obliged to monitor their operations, but the bank is also obliged to ensure the correct operation of its services and promptly inform about any problems. When a client does not receive important information due to an internal failure, and then faces significant additional charges, it seems that the interests of the bank are more important than the interests of the client. It is a pity that instead of finding a fair solution, the bank limited itself to apologies and shifted the financial consequences of its technical error onto its customers. I would like to see a more customer-oriented approach and willingness to take on some responsibility in such situations.
