The department's work is disgusting. It was just a waste of time. In almost an hour, 3 people got to the specialist. The queue consisted of 15 people. I went over to ask the only sitting employee where everyone else was, to which she replied that she was the only one in the entire department. I understand that employees are also people and can get sick or go about their business. But if she's the ONLY ONE in the entire department, shouldn't the department be closed? Or shouldn't employees from other departments be sent?

There was a collection machine for legal entities, and it was possible to quickly top up the account. He's not here at the moment. You have to take a ticket and stand in line with everyone . I've been waiting for 45 minutes now. I think it's still half an hour to wait. In total, I had to wait in line for 1 hour and 17 minutes .
