I will share my experience for the citizens of the Russian Federation. I do not recommend registering foreign currency accounts with this bank or opening foreign currency cards. If you have a balance in your account, then funds are constantly being debited. To close an account, you must have a personal presence at the bank. If you download the bank's mobile application in Russia and try to log in to it in Russia, this cannot be done, since the bank allows you to log in to the application only while in the Republic of Belarus. When the card expires (blocking), the bank continues to debit funds for SMS notifications and so on, and you cannot disable any options from the mobile application.

We came in with a colleague at work to apply for a bank card. The confirmation code did not arrive on her phone, they waited for almost an hour. They said that the problem was of a technical nature. Anything happens, we don't complain. And the cameraman was worried too. Parking was a problem; it took a while, but I managed to get up. I drew the employee's attention to the different spelling of "cash register": in one case there is a hyphen, in the other there is not. They said "thank you" and promised to fix it. I'm deducting one point only because of parking.

A very, very long wait. Of the 4 specialists, only 2 are working, according to my coupon, 7 people are in front of me - the wait has exceeded an hour(( All you need to do is get a salary card!!! In other banks, you can get a card by mail - there is no such possibility here - they just automatically reissued my salary card, without my knowledge, and sent a message that you can pick it up at the office! ! Just a waste of your time!!!
