All specialists, including the department manager, will help, prompt, and tell you. I don't come here often, but I'm always happy with the service. The queues are huge. You can't get in in the morning, the same way in the evening. Spending 40 minutes just like that in a bank and not making it to closing time is disgusting. A bunch of people in the queue just wasted their time. If you don't have time to serve people, then set a limit on issuing coupons in the electronic queue. Or set up an information kiosk so that some people can make cashless payments on their own, top up their card and receive information.

Well, it's a long story, I am the owner of the basic account card, and I immediately used the Priorbank ATM (not a partner), on 22.03.2020 the ATM did not issue a check, but withdrew money from the card that I was trying to withdraw, I had to call the Mtb Bank hotline to explain the whole situation, they issued an application, asked for a photo, asked for the whole they said we would contact him in 3 working days, as a result, the guy who issued the order did not respond, nor to the mail, 5 people from the unified call center could not contact him and give an answer, I had to go to this department, 1 time the girl said that I did not pick up, took the same information, said here is the application it was lost, but why couldn't you just contact this employee directly?) he is an employee of your organization, she was supposed to dial me in a couple of days, as a result, silence again ahahah, I go again, and she says oh, and you are busy all the time, I suggest you dial right in front of me, although I can't hear anything from the stationary, the question is: why not contact me somehow differently? From a mobile phone As a result, it wasn't until April 6 that the situation was resolved, and I had to go almost every day and ask well, well, what No one from the staff of this bank said, make an application, or here is a specialist who will help you figure it out, I only found out from priorbank that it was necessary to apply for a refund.
