I have repeatedly used their services, the reviews are only negative! The operators are fine with more, but the drivers, it's just some kind of wild horror, they're rude, they talk on the phone while driving, they raise their voice at customers, they drive carelessly, they generally know how to slow down smoothly, or they only drove zilahs before??? And to all this 30 rubles per trip. For what? For being carried like a pile of firewood???

Добрый день! Каждую неделю пользуюсь услугами сервиса уже много лет. Все устраивает) Курсируют отличные ТУРИСТИЧЕСКИЕ автобусы - и это в районном городке!!! Считаю что единицы компаний (причем только в областных центрах) могут предложить такой уровень комфорта + ещё и забирают/отвозят пассажиров во все районы города! Не понимаю, столько не довольных отзывов... Не забывайте, пожалуйста, что водитель и диспетчер это тоже люди, под каждого подстроится нельзя! Процветания компании и побольше довольных пассажиров.

Disgusting. When booking, I indicate and repeat over the phone that there is only a seat in front because it is very motion-sickness, the operator says "I'm fine, I'll warn you," but the drivers are not allowed to enter one place in front. These places are not for beauty! Explain to them if they don't know!!
