It's a good shawarma, I take it here from time to time. You can order in advance in the app, which is quite convenient. The staff is polite and friendly. The shawarma itself is saturated, the meat is put normally, but sometimes there is an uneven amount of sauce, somewhere there is a lot of it, somewhere there is almost none, but this is not very scary and does not spoil the whole picture.

The quality of your favorite place has dropped dramatically : ( A year ago, I would have given this place 5 stars! I stopped by here almost every day to have, in my opinion, the most delicious shawarma in the city. There are no questions for the staff — the guys are excellent, they work well and politely.But, unfortunately, the quality of food has dropped significantly recently. The problems started when I experienced diarrhea for the first time after another snack. At first I thought to myself that I had ruined my stomach with the daily fast food. I decided to take a break and didn't eat their shawarma for about 2-3 months.I passed by recently, felt a familiar cool smell, couldn't resist and picked it up again. The result, alas, turned out to be the same, only the diarrhea scenario had already dragged on for a couple of days. It's a pity, but I won't risk my health anymore. Management should strictly check the freshness of ingredients or sanitation in the kitchen.

There are no questions about the food, the shawarma is delicious. However, there are huge maintenance issues. Starting with the fact that the girl answering the phone aggressively pointed out that the pre-order only works until 22 (although there is no information about this), ending with the fact that at 22:50 the seller orders a taxi with the words (also, in an aggressive manner): "I'm also a human being, we work here for 13 hours, from 22:30 we generally work to the best of our ability." It is indicated everywhere that the opening hours end at 23:00, it seemed to me that such establishments work until the specified time and the last guest, but this is a special case and the girl knows better how to work, I suppose)
