We came to urgently put the studs on the stilettos before the workshop closed. The master didn't ask or say a word, but said wait, I'll do it now. I did it quickly, put on polyurethane (the same ones were standing). I took 23 rubles. He didn't say another word. After passing 50 meters, one shoe flew off, and the second one flew off another 100 meters. I dialed right away, the master said they were already closed, come back on Monday. I arrived and got a reply right away: This is not a warranty job! Pay another 23 rubles and we will supply metal ones. Neither the guarantees nor the choice of metal or polyuritan were mentioned in advance. The master said that the heel area was small, so the pads came off. The attitude towards clients, the quality of the work performed, the cost of services. All 1/10.

I was in this workshop on 24.07. She asked me to change the seals. The master changed one loose gasket, said that she had put a temporary one (for some reason), I said let's do it normally. She said she made it and nailed it with small nails for durability. I paid 20 rubles for repairs. After 15 minutes, the seals fell off. The next day, I came with sandals to fix the situation. I was told that the master of the prints as in my sandals will be on August 11th. But they say they don't understand. So why didn't they tell you about it yesterday? I wouldn't fix it at their place, I'd go to another master. There should be a warranty for repairs, but they didn't return the money. I do not recommend this workshop
