I had to deal with this office (I can't call it anything else ). I ordered spare parts. They were delivered in plastic bags (dirty, scary ). Oh well. The main ones are marked with blue paint. Before putting it in the car, I decided to give it for a health check. One detail was working (and there were problems with it), the second was not working at all. Bottom line: I bring it for a refund, but they don't want to take it away. They ask for a malfunction paper. A madhouse.(I can return the product within 14 days simply because I feel like it). There was no time to contact consumer protection. ( I really wanted to ). Nevertheless, the part was taken away. The money was returned to the card (and only to the card) within 5 days. In short, I will not wish the enemy to buy something there.

Disgusting service. Compared to the main office, a person spends their pants from 9 to 15. Even the characteristics of the product cannot tell which ones have already been delivered to it. I am generally silent about the basic etiquette of communicating with clients.
