The hotel's breakfast and restaurant were successful, but the rooms were quite small and poorly maintained. The items are old, and the price is quite high according to the service provided. The expression ”by the sea" is misleading; I couldn't see the view from my balcony because the restaurant roof was blocking the view. There are more well-maintained and high-quality hotels at this price level. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

Their pizzas are handmade and really delicious, the hamburger patties are handmade, but the bread is ready-made. It would be great if it was done artisanally by bread making. The drinks seemed a little expensive to me, but they can be considered normal for a business that has zero access to Akyaka beach. The sinks were clean when we left. Thank you for the service we received.
