Nice shady area. There are many fountains, a playground, a swimming pool. The sea is clean, not shallow. Sun beds and umbrellas for vacationers. But the human factor spoils the overall impression. We rented a presidential Suite, a three-room suite with two bathrooms. Four local people were needed, the only thing that was offered. The room is generally good. There are air conditioners in every room. But.... The dishes in the room are dirty, the mirrors are splattered, the faucets are dirty. I asked the administrator why it was so dirty, and replied that the water was like that. They did not use the food at the hotel, as they heard from other vacationers, which was not very good. The attached photos are only part of the flaws. A 5-minute video is not attached. I really hope that this will all change. Of course, we will not test it a second time. There is a great desire to return to Berdyansk. But to another hotel.

In general, a good complex. I rested for several days. The rest was overshadowed by a massive blackout throughout the spit and the lack of an autonomous generator. As a result, a day without light and water. The number of rooms needs to be updated. The territory is large and well landscaped, but also needs care. There are few people, there is a swimming pool, but without heating.
