We visited this hotel in February 2026. The territory is small, elongated in a narrow rectangle. There is a lot of greenery, there are small cottages and 2-3-storey buildings with standard rooms. In general, everything is not bad, the standard room is small, but with a good bed. Refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, fan, kettle are available. Cleaning is on demand, you need to ask at the reception. The breakfasts in the nearest shek are free, monotonous, but edible. A big plus of the hotel is the proximity of the beach, access to the beach along a tiled path directly from the hotel, 200 meters. Morjim beach is excellent- wide, well-developed infrastructure, but at the same time quiet. There is a Burger Factor cafe near the beach, they make excellent burgers if you are tired of fish and shrimp))

It's a lovely hotel.The sea is close , shops and hangouts are on foot , of course it 's a long way .But this is also a plus, at least you can sleep ).The bike will help you.Famous places like Burger Factory and Uma are nearby, the locals come here on purpose, and for you it's 30 meters.The beach is quiet and without crowds of tourists, at the same time there are necks, vendors also go)massage, massage is also present.In general, don 't get bored . We stayed in this hotel for 3 months from December to April.There are no complaints .Light, Wi-Fi in the room and most importantly - a nice large swimming pool, all this will brighten up your vacation.
