I don't know when they say that everything is delicious..... They probably only eat porridge at home... Dishes are dirty, appliances and plates remain sticky. The rolls are made from the same dough, but they are wrapped beautifully and in different ways - it turns out to be different)) Cakes- too - from one place)). Drinks - I won't say anything. The Wi-Fi was bought to work throughout the territory and in the room. 800 rubles for two people per week. Regarding the check-in, we arrived at 11 a.m., checked in at 1 p.m. The room in the building is right by the sea. That's a plus! Big. Room cleaning (also for 4. As long as you don't throw the towel on the floor, they won't change it. The rest was not boring. Well, what to do, I chose it myself. I won't recommend it to my friends.

We were in June, the hotel's rating was unreasonably high and the price too. The hotel is not "all inclusive", even a sprite will pour you one glass in one hand and that is incomplete. For pizza on the beach, stand for 20-30 minutes for one piece, a full plate will be served to a local or Baltic. If you are going to Moreno horizon Spa & Resort 4* Hurghada be prepared for this. There is a balcony with a table and chairs, but if you put things together there is nowhere to dry, The animators entertain all vacationers, there is a cafe on the beach, there are drinks for every taste, sun beds with umbrellas on the shore, sometimes you had to look for free ones, they found them, they give towels on the beach, which is convenient. The territory is clean and green, pools with slides. They didn't starve, they didn't try much, they were scared off by the sight, you can eat too much meat, there aren't enough seats, you constantly need to look for an empty table, those who clean the tables don't hurry until their senior scolds them. In general, it's fine, for me the first coastal one is the main thing and I didn't starve, although the fruits in the cafe are oak and the fish is not tasty at all.

Of course, I can't talk about the other rooms, but my room was not bad with a good view of the garden, the sea and the pool. (maybe $20 played a role) But I've always given money for a nice room in Turkey. Everything in the room was working and cleaned every day, and there was always water and paper. And then they wrote that you can't interrogate this. The beach is very nice. The food is monotonous, but there is always a choice. No one was starving. Beautiful animation. We're going after the sun and the sea. Both are in abundance. And everything else is small stuff. I liked the hotel. Maybe I'll come next year. Thanks for the rest.

I stayed at this hotel from August 29 to September 12, the hotel is terrible. They moved into a building that had been renovated. The room is large, but dirty, covered in construction dust. Two days later, the wall in the room flooded, mold appeared, and the smell of rot and mold appeared. The reception staff does not respond to the request to change the room, they promised to change the room for 8 days. There are queues for food and drinks in the canteen. The food is monotonous, what is not eaten today can be served tomorrow in a processed form... The fruits were made into a forage melon, apples sliced and soaked in water, and an orange. There is little space on the beach, there are 10 people on 1 sunbed, which must be occupied at 7 a.m.... Boats and yachts are parked on the pier. They are not allowed to swim on the reefs, they have pulled a rope, and if you swim, they start whistling. Animation for children. The attitude towards Russian tourists is like cattle... I do not advise you to waste time and money on this hotel if you do not want to spoil your vacation.

We stayed at this hotel from August 23rd to September 2nd. They put me in a smelly room with a view of the road, there is no sound insulation. To be moved to another room, we sat at the reception all day. The young people working at the reception don't even look at you when you ask them something. It seems that they don't care if vacationers come to them or not. It seems that nothing was washed in the rooms after the construction of the hotel, neither the walls nor the floor. Plumbing is not cleaned. The beach closes at 6 p.m. and the pool closes at the same time. There's nothing to do in the evening. We wanted to dance, but the music is such that you can't dance. There's no one on the dance floor, but the DJ doesn't care. In general, the attitude towards vacationers generally leaves much to be desired. There were also polite staff. It is a pity that the impression of the hotel is negative due to individual employees.

We had a rest in November 2025, the worst hotel I've ever seen. Rude attitude at the reception desk, they move into rooms that do not correspond to the reserved ones. They ask you to pay an additional $ 10 per person per room. Terrible attitude, like a pig. Finally! Finally, I saw the appropriate rating for the Moreno horizon Spa hotel. & Resort 4*. Well, it's not a four! The concept of the hotel: one plate in one hand, one glass in one hand, one slice of pizza in one hand (this is only for the Russian-speaking tourist) The rest are treated with more respect. The hotel has not the first name and most likely not the last.. A petition was written by a large group to Pigas for the discrepancy between price and quality. We had a rest in July 2025. The sun beds by the sea were occupied at 6-00. Animators, like beggars, go begging to write a good review... The food is tasteless. What you didn't finish at lunch will be served for dinner. There are queues everywhere, the staff can't handle it, the tables aren't being cleaned. They don't like Russians. There are constant arguments between disgruntled vacationers and boorish staff. Forewarned means armed! From the good: the beach, the territory and the first line, but the disadvantages outweigh all the advantages! Also, there aren't enough toilets on the beach, and they don't clean the pool, ugh.

A very bad hotel!!!We arrived at 8:30, they said they would give us a room at 10, then at 11 and so on until 14 they threw us away, they could have immediately said at 14 o'clock, they gave us a room on the 0 floor, some kind of nightmare, the tomb of the pharaoh, the sky was not visible, the whole balcony was blocked by a pile of stones above the balcony and some wires from themwe did not agree,at the reception, Ahmed and the senior manager Samen Fekry started yelling at us that they would now give us a number for the construction site or the road, and not only they yelled at us, they gave us another number for the construction site, where there was a centimeter of dust on the table on the balcony, they sawed stones and had nothing to breathe,we refused again, the third room 2026 (again with a bang) was given a view of the main entrance, everything is fine there, BUT! The bathroom smells like 100 cats have been peeing and haven't been cleaned for a month,the smell is bad,the shower curb is 5 cm on the floor,water flows all over the floor to the hallway,the cleaner came, washed the floor again,AND LEFT US a MOP to wipe the floor after taking a shower!!!!!!!🤦🏽‍♀️On the 5th day after the next yell with these two Evil Egyptians (as I called them),they gave us a room near the reception with access to the windows of another building and still to the construction site and pharmacy, and we lived for another 6 days, the janitor Hamad, a wonderful man, smoothed our mood,made us different every day towel crafts,kind and responsive, everyone at the reception would like to learn from his attitude towards guests!The food is bad, there are endless queues, a 2-star hotel, and we still need to think about it.The most disgusting thing is the attitude of these two EVIL EGYPTIANS towards the guests!We have been to different hotels many times, we have never seen anything like this, we have never had any problems with the rooms, a lot of guests went to quarrel about the rooms!!!A ruined vacation, so to speak!I've never met such staff🤦🏽♀️I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to take a trip there!And I would advise their hotel owner to fire these two "employees" at the reception.
