We were at the 07.01 screening of "Avatar: Flame and Ashes" in this cinema. We chose the compact hall N4 with comfortable single chairs. Initially, I didn't want to visit, based on old reviews, but we decided to give this object a chance. As a result: excellent quality movies, a large selection of products, friendly staff. The cinema space itself was pleased with its unusual design. Yes, there is a slight disadvantage in the lack of signs to other halls, but I think this shortcoming will be fixed soon. There is no waiting area, but it is not needed here, because there is a new Heroes play bar nearby, where you can sit and have a delicious meal! Thank you for your new movie space!

We went to see Harry Potter with the whole family. Hall 2 lounge (it was not possible to attach a photo) deserves special respect in this cinema. Upholstered armchairs with comfortable cushions, the first row — single and double beds, which we bought and did not regret. The staff at the checkout served the queue very quickly, so they didn't keep us waiting long. Separately, I would like to mention apple-grape popcorn, it is probably the best thing that exists in the world! Thanks for the viewing experience, we will definitely come back again!

This is a place for those who don't like faceless cinemas. You can come here not just to "watch a movie", but to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere, unusual style and comfort. Soft muted lights, thoughtful interior, comfortable comfortable chairs, huge screen, high-quality sound. The halls are distinguished by their impressive interior, compactness, and comfort. Because of this, there is a feeling of private browsing in good company. The staff is friendly, it feels like it's not the managers who work here, but the movie fans. I want to share my impressions after going to this cinema, to the movie Avatar 3, 04.01.2025 in hall No. 1 at 17:20. From the pros: The original interior of the cinema, the girls were quickly served at the box office when buying food, comfortable chairs in the hall. Of the cons: There is no wardrobe, there are only 20 storage rooms for the entire cinema. Very narrow corridors. And the most annoying thing when watching the movie, Avatar 3, was about 2.5 hours later, the sound and picture began to freeze, after 20-30 minutes the film was stopped (when everyone started to get indignant) and the film was returned 20-30 minutes ago, there were no more freezes. I hope there won't be any such hangups in this movie theater.

I visited the cinema, I was impressed by the hall, the unusual design of the cinema, I would even say unique. The staff is helpful and courteous. The only thing I didn't like was the very long advertisement. The film was supposed to start at 17:10, but there were endless commercials that lasted about 10 minutes, yes, commercials are the norm, but not in such quantity. The chairs were very comfortable, the sound and video quality were good.

The cinema is unlike anything else in Minsk, it has a unique design, bright and memorable. We have already gone twice to different screenings and to different halls (1st and 4th), each session was excellent, the staff was friendly, the cinema bar is pleased with the choice of snacks and drinks. The prices for cinemas are normal, there are profitable combos. We were satisfied with the visit and will definitely come back again!

I want to share how the Avatar 04.01.2026 movie session took place at 17:20 in hall N1. The cinema bar area is separated from the cinema. A crowd of people gathered in front of the entrance to the hall, and the launch began 10 minutes before the start. At 5:20 p.m., the commercials began, followed by a movie. After about 2 hours and 20 minutes, the picture and sound began to freeze (which ruined the viewing experience), then after 20-30 minutes the show was stopped and the movie was returned 20-30 minutes ago, there were no more freezes. The seats are not bad , but I would like to have somewhere to put my feet , and it's so spacious and cozy in general, the seats themselves are soft and comfortable , and there is enough room for drinks and food. Probably the best option for 2 is to take the Family Sofa and lie down on the sofa and look at the two on different sides of the sofa. The sound and picture are not bad, but in the very last places against the wall there is a slightly strange bass sound, as if blunted or distorted due to the speakers directed in the last row. The interior is 9 out of 10. At the exit, the trash cans are not designed for almost full seating, because we left almost at the very end, the garbage fell through the bins, well, to put it mildly, such a picture)) I had to think about where to put the trash so it wouldn't crash( The staff is polite and works smartly) Everything is clear on paying for tickets online, everything works 10 out of 10, especially the booking system before payment, which will not cause inconvenience in buying tickets for the same seats by two different spectators.

We went to the Moon cinema on Zootopia 2 — I really liked the cartoon, it looks easy and interesting. The popcorn is really delicious and fresh, which is a plus. From the little things: the drinks didn't go very well — the sprite was almost tasteless, like a "Dewdrop", and for some reason the cola tasted like sprite. First, we bought tickets for the wrong date, arrived and replaced the tickets on the 23rd. We chose the right place/ row/ location for us/the date, as a result, we received completely different tickets, it's a pity that we didn't pay attention right away. Upon arrival at the cinema, we were simply kicked out with the words "you didn't watch it yourself." We didn't look through it, really, but sending completely different data, as far as I'm concerned, is a mistake for the service. The call center operator was very rude and tried to end the conversation faster. The impression is terrible.

The cinema is good in a vacuum, but God forbid you get tickets for the first row (experience from Hall 1) . I think this row shouldn't have been there, otherwise I can't imagine how it could have been positioned so close to the monitor. Watching a distorted and, as a result, blurred image, turning the neck into a ram's horn significantly spoiled the impressions of the film. I was also upset by the delay of the session for no apparent reason.

It's very cold in the hall, the whole hall was sitting in jackets, at that moment it was -7 outside, I'm afraid to imagine how cold it is in the hall when it's -15 outside. The design is for an amateur, but for me it's like I got into a teenager's den :) There is also a table on the seats that has ports for charging the phone, but the light bulb that shines from charging was uncomfortable. I don't know how the atmosphere is in other halls, but the first impression is ruined. One of the advantages. Very high-quality sound!

The seats in hall 3 are comfortable, the atmosphere is cool, but that's all good : ( there were problems with the sound during the session, the whole movie and the event, the soundtrack was duplicated and apparently lagged, because it was very clearly audible. Also, the sound seemed to be unevenly distributed throughout the hall, which made it difficult to make out the dialogues on the screen, since the characters were whispering on the left, and third-party sounds were rumbling on the speakers on the right. plus, the picture seemed to be of poor quality, I don't know if it's the screen or if the seats are just too close to the screen, but we clearly saw the noise (pixels), which is a negative vibit perception. I usually take 3-6 rows in the cinema, as such an optimal thing, but here on the 3rd screen the picture was already very distorted, it is difficult to imagine how on the 1st row. in general, I only go to the cinemas of the mooon network, but it was the worst of the trips to the cinema in general. since I, like most people, go to the cinema in addition to the opportunity to watch earlier, just for the sake of good sound and pictures. throughout the film, I had the feeling that I should have waited for the movie on the Internet, that then even the impressions would have been better (

To my great regret, I decided to watch the premiere of Avatar in this cinema. I am a long-time fan of the Moon network and have been visiting only these cinemas (Palazzo and Dana Mall) in Minsk for the last 2 years Being confident in the level of service, we decided to scout a new location from the premiere. In fact, it's a complete disappointment.: The catfish location is built terribly, it is impossible to navigate in space, the "yummy" sales area is too small, the cash registers are very close to each other. Regarding the session itself: for the first time in my life, the film "disappeared" (the sound and video series became out of sync and then completely froze), the cinema administration in no way addressed the visitors with an explanation of the problem and an action plan. Some of the visitors simply left, some went several times to find out what happened and when it would be fixed. That is, in the event of an emergency, the administration did not in any way inform the visitors about the further action plan or the ticket refund mechanism. As a result, we waited for the restart of the picture, we had to review the extra half hour of the film again. As a result: ruined plans and a disgusting aftertaste from the actions of the administration in an emergency situation. I give 1 star - I do not recommend anyone to visit. We went to Avatar 3 with a large group, bought tickets with one check, and as a result, we were able to use free parking for only one car. They don't even warn you about this at the checkout. Bottled Cola doesn't look like a coke at all. Today we tried to call the call center to clarify about the item left at the cinema, but we couldn't get through, because after 20 minutes of waiting, no one answered us. I came across a document on the space's website stating that tickets can be returned as bonuses (in addition to the standard refund at the box office), but no details about the mechanics. At the beginning of the call, a 1-minute wait was announced before the operator answered, and by the 15th minute of the call, it was already 14 minutes of waiting. She spat and went to return it to the cashier. If you have 1.5 people working in a shopping center, it's sad, the service is so-so.
