We lived there when we were on a business trip to Astana. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was working, bathrobes, slippers, and one-time toiletries were available. The pillow was too high and hard for me, but my colleagues were fine. So it's a matter of taste. The breakfast was quite tasty and dense: porridge and scrambled eggs with toast and sausage and cheese. The reception staff is very friendly. The documents for accommodation were prepared on time and correctly. The only thing is, construction work is underway in front of the hotel, but the hotel itself is not bad
