I want to express my dissatisfaction with the order for the gender party. Firstly, the filling of the popsicle was immediately visible from the back — all the cakes "gave out" the color before we had time to distribute them. There was no surprise, the moment was just ruined. How can you make desserts for such an event and not warn that the color is shining through? This is extremely unprofessional. Secondly, the appearance of cakes is a separate story. They weren't made based on the reference I sent. In reality, they looked ridiculous, sloppy, and without proper attention to detail. Absolutely not what was promised. It's beautiful in the photo, but disappointing in fact. And finally, the bento cake. We asked for pink cream inside, but there was a complete surprise waiting for us inside: green cakes, white cream and a little pink filling (raspberry) in the middle. In the context, it looked so strange that the guests did not understand which gender the cake belongs to at all. It was just awkward. A very unpleasant experience. Money has been spent, emotions and an important moment have been spoiled. We will not contact you again and will not advise anyone.
