Adding to the previous review. A year later (05,11,2026) we arrived in Batumi again. Of course, we stayed at the Monarch again. They gave me a cool room with windows to the courtyard, and it was quiet at night. I advise everyone to stay here. One small disadvantage is that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available. Fate brought us to the Black Sea coast in October 2025, to the glorious city of Batumi. When I checked into the Monarch Hotel, it turned out that I was already very old and instead of October, I booked a hotel for November, and it turns out that we arrived a month earlier. The manager of the Kartlos Kobaladze hotel was very attentive to our problem, allowed us to spend the night at the hotel, and requested the opportunity to change dates on the tour operator's website. The next day, we were moved to another hotel in the same chain, as everything was busy in the Monarch. After spending the night at the Landmark Hotel, we returned to our native Monarch Hotel. The hotel management gave us a bottle of delicious wine for the inconvenience. Both hotels are modern, new, and beautiful. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated. There is everything you need: a kettle, a hairdryer, a safe, bathrobes, toiletries, a Smart TV. Linen is changed every day. Everything is great. One small drawback is that there is not a single towel hook in the bathroom in room 706, which creates a slight discomfort. Breakfast starts at 8:00, on the ground floor. Everything you need for a hearty morning meal is available. The hotel staff is friendly, friendly, speaks English and Russian. Helps to call an inexpensive taxi, answers all questions, solves all minor problems of the guests. There is a terrace on the top floor of the hotel, live music in the evenings, a bar, excellent panoramic views of Batumi at night. The location of the hotel is wonderful, within walking distance of all the sights of the center of Batumi. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I have already advised a Serbian friend, Nikola, who is going to Batumi for the New Year.

The location of the hotel is excellent, there are a lot of attractions within walking distance. I really liked the breakfasts, there is everything you need. (Coffee, tea, fruits, delicious pastries and much, much more) We paid for a certain room in advance, but upon check-in we were told to pay extra for it, we had to show and prove everything, they gave us a slightly different number, but they were not particularly friendly, although we chose a specific room specifically in advance. Of course, not all the staff is like that, but it didn't leave a very pleasant impression of the reception.. The room itself is cleaned every day, there is tea and coffee, a kettle. There is shampoo, soap and shower gel in the bathroom, but no dental kit. Someone at the reception was lucky in the service, we were probably just unlucky.

If it wasn't for the view from the window to the construction site, I would have given it 5 stars! The room is decent, the food in the morning (we only had breakfast) is delicious, the coffee from the coffee machine is normal... The location is excellent for me. Also, as a minus sign, the number was not marked on the card (key).
