Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the room cleaning during my stay. The bed sheets were not changed unless we specifically asked for it, and the glasses in the room were also not replaced with clean ones unless requested. This was the biggest issue for me and negatively affected my overall experience. Regarding the restaurant, some of the waiters were friendly and attentive, while others were just average. In general, food service and order taking were slow. On the positive side, the reception staff were always friendly, polite, and willing to help. They tried to solve issues whenever I contacted them, which I appreciated. I also experienced a problem with the housekeeping staff and reported it to the reception. However, I would have liked to receive feedback or a follow-up regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I did not. Overall, the main reason for my dissatisfaction was the room cleanliness. With improvements in housekeeping and service speed, the hotel experience could be much better.

Very nice comfortable hotel in Belgrade. Center is very close (10 min to fortress), also tram/bus stops are close (5min walking) and there’s very beautiful Dunav embankment. Rooms are comfortable, clean and silent. Breakfast is ok. There’s spa center, but I had no time to visit it
