I leave 200-300 thousand soums with you every day. Today, after paying for lunch, I asked for one paper cup, just to pour water. Refused: "for a fee, 5,000 soums." It's not about money, it's about attitude. Complete lack of customer orientation. We lost a regular customer out of the blue.
