This was my first experience with a reformer. I got a lot of pleasure and impressions from the beautiful and cozy studio, the pleasant and very nice administrator and of course the training itself.It was as comfortable and convenient as possible to practice with coach Ekaterina: she helped, prompted, selected the right load, joked, praised.

I've been looking for a suitable studio for a long time and finally found it! Real professionals work in this studio. The coaches closely monitor the technique of each exercise, correct it and explain why we do it. After classes, I feel incredible lightness throughout my body and a surge of energy. The studio itself is very bright, clean and cozy.I definitely recommend it!

I would like to thank coach Daria and the My Reformer studio for a wonderful first introduction to Pilates on reform! I'm an adult girl, I was worried that it would be awkward or difficult, but Daria turned out to be very pleasant, attentive and responsive. There was no discomfort, on the contrary, the coach gently corrected me, prompted and supported me, so I felt confident. The studio itself was no less pleased: everything is new, clean, spacious, and has a very cozy atmosphere. A separate plus is personal lockers and hygiene supplies after a workout.
