In general, I was satisfied with the cooperation with Modus Ceramics, but I will note a couple of nuances for the sake of objectivity. We ordered tiles for three areas at once: a corridor, a bathroom and a kitchen (4 types). At first, there was a small overlap with the measurements, the dimensions were not calculated correctly, but they were measured again, and everything came together. It makes me happy) Of the four batches, four tiles were found to have small chips. The issue was resolved without any problems — they offered a replacement or a discount. Since we had to cut tiles in our places anyway, we took a discount and remained in the black. Now to the fly in the ointment. When buying, we were offered a puffer fish, but they did not tell us in detail about the manufacturers and the price difference. We are not professionals, we agreed on what we gave. Later, our master said that he only works with certain materials, and asked to buy another one. As a result, the first (rather expensive) one had to be returned. It's a shame that we weren't initially offered a choice and didn't explain what we were paying for. And one more small question about the second order. I decided to add half a meter of small tiles to the apron, and paid remotely. Then it turned out that it would not be possible to put it down because the furniture was ordered for other sizes. I wrote about the cancellation, and they replied: "come for cash." This is strange, since the payment was by card. After a small dispute, the money was returned to the card, but the deposit remained. The assortment and quality (except for a couple of chips) are normal, the problems are solved. But the service explanation for consumables and refunds is a fat "four" with the desire to finalize.

I am writing a negative review. Although, when the order was placed, everything was fine, respectively, and the review was good. But that was the end of it. When our order arrived, there was no limit to the disappointment. We ordered two types of tiles within 23 squares. And we got two tones of one tile and three tones of another tile!!!! When making it, it was said to pay attention to the chips, what was done and the shortcomings were revealed. But nothing was said about the tile tone. Yes, it just doesn't fit in my head how in general a warehouse could put one tile of 3 tones on one order!!! Or a second tile of two tones!!! What is the warehouse for anyway???!!! But since we already had a tiler working, we first re-ordered one tile with a volume of 2-3 squares. Again, by paying money for it. And with the second tile, we generally played buoy, because the tile did not come in boxes but in some corners, it was snowing, and while the movers were delivering it to us, these corners turned into just snot from paper and glue. That is, it is impossible to see the tone, and several times, as in a bank, we carried money to the store so that they would re-order the tile for us (still on prepayment), then we repeatedly came to the warehouse, tried to look for the right tone in it. But all in vain. Not to mention how sooooo long!!!!! We suggested that a piece of our tile be taken to a warehouse in Minsk and there we looked for the right tone. But there is no logistics in this salon either. Therefore, we went to Minsk ourselves, and after visiting their warehouse and several shops there, we found tiles of the right tone, respectively, also paying money. We did not see or hear any words of apology or any other reaction from the head, and the incidents committed by the employees of this office are not being resolved. And customers often have to (read the reviews) overpay almost TWICE!!!
