The store started offering me an exchange. At the same time, other models had to be opened for verification, and they had the same problem — the boards were also wobbly and unstable. After that, I asked for a refund, but the staff began to persuade me not to make a refund: they said it was long and difficult, and persistently offered bonus points instead of money. As a result, I was given store points, which I just have nowhere to use right now. The most unpleasant thing is not even in the product, but in the attitude towards the customer. Money is accepted quickly, but with a refund they create the feeling that they are doing everything to avoid it. I believe that a normal service is to calmly return money for low—quality or unsuitable goods and leave a good impression on the customer. After this situation, I personally will be very careful about buying anything in Modus.
