Who says it's still a hotel? He probably was in the old past. Now it's something with a reception-a room with a handwritten inscription, the absence of a professional hotel staff. To begin with, the orders are connected to the system on the left: neither to change the accommodation, nor to return the extra day (I wrote ahead of time). With the full actual overbook on the systems, empty rooms are offered Upon check-in, a smelly basement room is offered, it is impossible to live there. Rooms of former glory: with visible comfort, almost everything is broken: the front door and windows DO NOT CLOSE, there is a hole up instead of ventilation, the shower does not work. Well, a typical collective farm run by H.Z. who, along the way, residents from the neighboring house. This is not a hotel, take it out of the ratings and systems, do not embarrass yourself and do not mislead customers! Even two stars are a lot for this institution.

Excellent location. The room is simple, the staff is friendly. We arrived 2 hours earlier, were given tea and coffee and quickly checked in. We will come back again when visiting Istanbul.

Disappointment. The flight was delayed for a day. They called me personally and agreed that they would postpone it by 1 day. The check-in and check-out dates were discussed. Settled in. The room itself is not bad, but we are from an airplane, a long flight, and there is no water. We did something, the water appeared, and I slowly prepared my things for an important meeting. There is no shower again. And so on for a day. The floor creaks terribly and the radiator hums. The shower is held up by snot, the door almost fell on my head. They didn't try to figure out that they'd only been here for 3 days. And then the most interesting thing began: we were informed that the drawing was not moving and we arrived a day later, we had to leave as booked. We paid for 3 days, arrived a day later, having previously agreed, but we have to leave earlier. No amount of negotiation helped. They don't remember any calls. They didn't deign to say goodbye to Dela when they left. There is no elevator, I dragged my suitcase down the steep stairs on my own.

A two-room room with a kitchen and a sea view was booked in advance. Upon arrival, the room was occupied. They couldn't provide a decent replacement, and the rest was ruined. In any case, I don't recommend it- the rooms are dead, the renovation was ten years ago, the plumbing is half-dead, the rooms are small
